In 2006 RP sponsored a multi-investor discretionary investment fund with committed capital of approximately $50 million, known as RP Realty Partners Fund II, LP. As of June 2007, RP Realty Partners Fund II, LP has invested in 11 assets with $256 million in aggregate cost and is fully invested. In accordance with RP’s investment strategy, all of RP Realty Partners Fund II, LP’s investments are off-market/limited market transactions. RP believes that its access to such transactions generally results in greater deal flow and better pricing.
