In November 2008, RP had a final closing for its third multi-investor, discretionary investment fund with committed capital of $100,000,000. The investor group is made up of highly rated institutional investors and high net worth individuals. To date, four assets with an aggregate purchase price of $103,000,000 have been acquired in Washington and North Carolina in cities which have met the fund's criteria for investement. Those criteria include high income demographics, in fill locations with barriers to entry and job and population growth.
