By leveraging our deep relationships with financial institutions, the brokerage community and developers, we have been able to acquire all of the Fund's assets in off-market transactions — thus avoiding bidding wars and increasing return potential. We have also focused on acquiring portfolios, which typically offer lower transaction costs and the efficiency of a single transaction for multiple locations.

Investment Strategy
RP Realty Partners seeks out a diversified portfolio of retail and other properties in markets where RP has prior investment experience as well as markets that meet its economic and demographic criteria. RP Realty Partners seeks strictly infill locations in densely populated, affluent areas with solid employment growth and discretionary household income greater than $50,000. RP also employs its expertise to re-tenant, develop, re-develop or otherwise reposition assets that it believes have a significant value-enhancement potential.
